Product introduction

This assembly and welding production line is used for the assembly and welding of hull parts. The assembly line is equipped with material distribution station, one positioning welder position and four corner welder positions. The station is composed of a working platform, a roller lifting device and a conveying roller. The transmission of the workpiece between the stations adopts the roller conveying system, and the welding mode adopts semi-automatic CO2 gas welding. The welding device is mounted on the movable half door frame, and the welding door frame is mainly used to complete the welding workpiece of the parts on the platform.
